How do I sign up for Mobile Nanny online?
After you have decided to purchase, go to the purchase page. Click the Buy Now link for the billing frequency you would like. Follow the screens and enter the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards and PayPal for online purchases. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and instructions for installation/usage.
What charge will show on my card?
The charge for any software on our site will appear as PLI*MOBILENANNY.” which stands for “Plimus Mobile Nanny”. Plimus is our payment processing provider. This company securely handles thousands of various software orders every day for many different types of software companies.
How secure is the order process?

Do you take orders by phone or mail?

Then enter your information so it will be in our system. At the bottom of this page there will be a field called “Payment Type”. In the field, select “Phone” or “Mail” and click “Next”. You will then be taken to a page that gives you a reference number and a toll-free phone number to call or address to send to.
What is your privacy policy?

Do you provide technical support?

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your automatic billing just contact us to let us know you wish to cancel. Your automatic billing will be cancelled. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you purchased. At that time you would need to remove the software from your phone as it will no longer function.
Do you provide software updates?
Yes. As long as you are a Mobil Nannyy subscriber you will receive the latest upgrades to the software free of charge.
Common Technical Support Questions
Does Mobile Nanny work on my phone?
Mobile Nanny is compatible with any model smartphone or Pocket PC which runs the Windows Mobile 6. operating system. For other phones such as iPhone, Blackberry or Symbian OS, we recommend SMS Monitoring Software.
Will users know Mobile Nanny is installed or running?
The software runs silently, however there will be an icon in your menu to access the interface if you need to. The interface is password protected so your child cannot enter. If you wish to have no icon, you can delete the icon and still access the interface using other methods. The program will start each time the phone is powered on..
What are the basic steps for installing? / How do I create my account?
No matter which smartphone you have, the first step to installing Mobile Nanny is to create your account online. You can do this on your computer. Just go to the registration page and create your account according to the instructions on that page. After you have created your account, go to the instructions page in the next question for whichever type of smartphone you have. For more details on registering, see the User Guide.

Why Are My GPS Logs not Being Uploaded?
Your device must have a built-in GPS receiver for GPS tracking to work. Locations are uploaded every 30 minutes when a GPS signal is available. Mobile Nanny can get a location ONLY when the GPS receiver in the phone can receive a location. If no location can be found, then no data can be uploaded.
How do I open the interface and change settings?
First, go to the start menu on the phone and find the Mobile Nanny icon and launch it. Then enter your 5 digit secret PIN. Then click Options and change the settings to meet your needs. Then when you are finished, select HIDE to hide the program. Note: Restrictions settings require you to reboot the phone (turn it off and back on).
How do I change my Mobile Nanny password?
To change your password, first login to your account. Then click the “Change Password” link on the left side menu. Enter your current password and the new password twice to confirm. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do this you will also need to change it on your phone. Otherwise Mobile Nanny will not be able to upload logs.
How do I remove Mobile Nanny?
You can find the uninstall command inside the Mobile Nanny interface. Just open the interface, click Options > Configure > Uninstall Mobile Nanny Follow the prompts and the software will be removed.
How it Works?
This new technology might sound complicated but the process is actually quite easy using our online User Guide and other documentation. Below you will find a summarized version of how it works.

1. Parent purchases Mobile Nanny and installs the software onto their child’s phone. They configure the program according to their specific needs.
2. Child uses the phone normally. Mobile Nanny blocks and filters the actions specified and silently reports all actions to the Parent’s Mobile Nanny account. 3. Parent logs into their online account from any Internet web browser. Here they can view activities recorded in near real time. |
Below you will find an outline of the four steps involved in purchasing and setting up Mobile Nanny on your phone.
First Step: Make Purchase
In order to purchase this software you must first acknowledge and agree that you are the owner of the device you wish to install the software onto and you are the legal parent of the child being monitored.
If you qualify and are ready to purchase, go to the appropriate Order Page and complete all sections and agree to the Mobile Nanny Legal Requirements. Click Next and then enter your billing information. Then complete the order and check your email.
Second Step: Download to Phone
After the order is complete, you will be instantly emailed a receipt with a code to create your Username/Password. This email will also contain a link to download the program. You can install the application onto your phone easily using the included instructions.
After Mobile Nanny is downloaded to the phone you will run the installer file on the phone. The program will run in the background each time the phone is started.. Once the software is installed you are ready to adjust settings.
Third Step: Adjust Settings
Once Mobile Nanny is installed it is hidden to the child other than the Mobile Nanny icon, which needs a password to enter into. This is the same interface you will go into to setup your choices of what the program should do.
Use the instructions contained in the order email to enter the Mobile Nanny interface. Select any time or phone number restrictions to apply. Select which activities you wish to monitor and then select the option to HIDE the interface. Click Yes when it asks.
Fourth Step: Login to View Activities
After you have hidden the interface, the software will remain active from that point on. Even if the phone is turned off and back on it will still remain active in the background. Activities will now be filtered and recorded and rapidly uploaded to your Mobile Nanny account.
Then you can login to your account by visiting the Login Page anytime. After entering your username and password you will be brought to the Secure Online Control Panel. Log entries are categorized by activity types on the left side. Click a type to start viewing!
